Standard e-commerce orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. For our hyperlocal delivery services (if applicable to your order), delivery times will be provided at checkout. How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account and view your order history to check the current status. Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please email us immediately at gen-z@neodrass.store. Once an order is shipped or out for delivery, it cannot be canceled. Returns & Refunds What is your return policy? We offer a 7-day return window for most physical goods, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
